Jeneva began her career as an artist in the public school system of Jamaica, (Queens)New York, at the very young age of five years old. She is a multidisciplinary artist and photographer based in Virginia. With a BFA in Studio Arts from Old Dominion University, her work explores themes of identity, memory, and everyday transformation through photography, digital design, and community engagement. Since 2012, she has worked as a freelance creative, producing portraits, custom artwork, and brand visuals for clients while exhibiting her work in solo and group shows throughout the region. Jeneva is also passionate about arts education, having led community-based art programs for children, seniors, and individuals with diverse needs. Her work has been featured in The Virginian-Pilot and continues to center storytelling, collaboration, and creative empowerment.
